RecommendedA little over a year ago, my dad became a resident of the Cranberry House. I remember checking him in and the kindness of everyone there made an emotional day a little bit easier. I have visited numerous times in the past 16 months and with each visit it was evident my dad was in good hands. I knew they loved him...genuinely loved him. This place has been home to my mother for many years. The love that the staff has given her has been overwhelming as I saw it firsthand during her last days on this earth. I’m not sure why the good Lord put so many caring hearts in one place but I’m very grateful that he did. My mother Peggy Harmon adored everyone there and made a lot of friends. Change management. Teach management and staff to deal realistically with family members. Stop using chemical restraints. Keep track of laundry. Don't lock patients out of their rooms. Don't lie when overdosing patients to the point of unresponsiveness. Honor vegetarian requests.
A great place for loved one with memory issues. The staff and administration is outstanding, understanding, caring and dedicated. My mother has been there 9 years and I have no complaints.

The Cranberry House is a warm and welcoming environment. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The residents come first and they take very good care of them. I see smiles and laughter on these residents faces. Very clean.
I have work there for 10 years an I love the Residents an the Staff...It's home away from home...Come in some time an visit with us..
