We brought all three of our boys to Cranberry Hill—our senior pup and his two emotional support chihuahuas—and the team handled the challenge with incredible patience and care. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offering thoughtful guidance on how to best support our senior boy, while also being respectful of our budget. A special thank you to Darcy—her follow-up calls were so reassuring and truly appreciated. We felt supported every step of the way.
My Cat is now terminally Ill . Cranberry Hill Treated my cat and her pet parents with dignity and kindness at this sad time. Moreover they gave us up to date information to help us make the best decisions for the most humane passing for our beloved cat Maggie. My heart is Broken but I am so grateful for Specifically Darcy's unwavering caring loving support.
Staff are friendly. Our appt was on time. They treated our dog with patience and compassion.
