I made an online order which afterwards received online confirmation of order. I then called store directly (no answer) and left a voice message to confirm order and to call me if any issues. Never heard back so assumed all was good. Well, delivery date came and went and no flowers. Looked back in emails and saw a follow-up email with cancellation of the order due to not in stock. My friend was delighted with her birthday bouquet; very tasteful and beautifully arranged! I ordered via email late on Sunday, not expecting delivery for Monday- but they came through just the same, to my surprise!

Placed an order with florist and gave credit card info over the phone 3 days ahead of time, went to pick up and same florist had no record of my order, was not even apologetic, and was actually defensive. There is only one employee, I think they lost and then forgot about my order as my card was never charged.
