We had all of our windows replaced and we could not be happier. From the start the customer service was fantastic. I was always aware of timelines and received communication whenever I had questions. We will use Cran- Marsh for many more home projects, highly recommended.
I'm writing this review to warn others about my truly nightmarish experience with this roofing company. What was initially promised as a quick job turned into a grueling three-month ordeal. The crew rarely showed up on time, and there were weeks where no one showed up at all, the smell from the dumpster permeaded the whole neighborhood and our lives completely disrupted. Completeled the project in one day. Fast, clean, and did a great job.
Cran-Marsh is an excellent company to work with. They redid our roof and siding in a timely manner. Workers showed up everyday on time and the project managers were frequently stopping by to make sure our questions/goals were met. All of the staff were pleasant and easy to work with and costs of the overall project was reasonable unlike other companies we got quotes from. Thank you everyone at Cran-Marsh. We will be using you again for future projects!
Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. The work completed is excellent and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, never left a mess at end of day. Any questions answered in timely manner. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for home upgrades
