Tim and the entire Cran Marsh team made the process so easy and with no stress. From our initial conversation to completion of the work was 3 business days and the work was impeccably executed. I’d highly recommend. We needed a crumbling chimney taken down post- insurance inspection and they not only took it down, but patched the roof so it’s like the chimney hadn’t been there for over 200 years.

I had a tree fall on my house during the winter and puncture a hole in the roof. Cran-Marsh responded immediately and sent a crew over to patch the roof. Once before permanent repairs could be made we had a large snow storm and they sent a crew over again to shovel the roof to make sure it wouldn’t leak. They even had to shovel a trail to the backyard so they could access the damaged roof area. I have since had my whole roof replaced and cannot be happier with the service, workmanship and finished product.
I have used Cran Marsh for multiple reasons and they have gone above and beyond to get the job done professionally and in the timely manner. They are my go to and i would recommend them to everyone.
Personable, professional, and promise. I had storm damage to my gutter and fascia board due to the blizzard a few weeks ago. My gutter and fascia board completely ripped off my house which was installed by a “handyman” 10 years ago. I noticed some rotted wood that was hidden until the storm damage. I called up a few companies for quotes, which included Cran-Marsh.
