Excellent customer service from Cramlington Garage Ltd. Easy to booked service for Ford Puma over the phone. Pleasant and helpful service receptionist. Service and recall check carried out promptly at a very competitive price. Would definitely return in the future and recommend them.

My son recently purchased an exceptionally clean, one owner, very low mileage fiesta at a great price from Paul. I own a 25 year old Jaguar which has been maintained and MOT tested by Cramlington Ford for 20 years. All the staff I have dealt with have given courteous, exemplary service and any work undertaken completed to a high standard and at a competitive price. In particular John, the mechanic, during this time has gone to a lot of trouble to source parts which are not readily available given the vehicle's age and at the last service put the car on the ramp to enable me to see exactly what work was required.
