The cabin we stayed at was brand new and beautiful. Just what we were looking for on our weekend escape to the mountains. It was very cozy and clean; the hot tub and pool table were great features! Although there was no WiFi, we were able to connect to Netflix with the hotspot on our phone so that worked out great. There was a Dollar General down the block which really came in handy for food and anything you forgot to pack. The host was extremely accommodating as well. Can’t wait to go back!
If I had seen all these negative reviews before booking, I probably would have passed. And that would have been a shame because we had an amazing time at our cabin in Cosby, TN. We had no issues whatsoever with Cramers as far as booking and fees, and the cabin itself was beautiful and cozy. There were two other cabins in view, but they weren't super close and were partly obscured by trees, so we still had plenty of privacy. It is unfortunate that this company refuses to issue 100% refund due to COVID-19 pandemic. I had booked a reservation for April several months ago, but I didn't not purchase travel insurance. When the Governor issued a "stay at home" for the entire state of TN, I reached out to Dan at Cramer Creekside Cabins for a refund. I was offered the option to reschedule my vacation but that refunds were not an option. I own a cabin in the Smoky Mountains and at one time allowed the Cramers to manage it. I FIRED them almost a year ago. I told them to remove it from their web site and from the Google search. It has not been Done. I have called and not been contacted. They appear to be a bit shady.
