If you want fast and easy response go somewhere else reached out from the 1st to the 5th and didnt get a response till the 6th and 7th good thing we found something else same day without the hassle dont recommend at all

Disgusting rental properties windchase apartments has rats and mice holes in the closet, rat shit under the sink rat shit in the closets mice running through the kitchen crawling up walls rental property was notified of issue and lied and said they took care of the issue, but didn’t do anything but put a notice to vacate property on door mice bite hole through carpet and office didn’t even try to cover/close the hole carpet was very disgusting always kept socks on and I have kids this is no way to live and definitely wasn’t ... read more
