Its very unprofessional For a company to leave their information, phone number to be exact, to receive more information on a property you inquired to BUY from them and when you call they immediately tell you that they have no information. To send an email. Why is this information not available by the point of contact they left? They " Can only tell me the price that's it I have to contact the property manager " 🤨. And it's not what they say is how they say it! No longer interested as I will not be jumping through hoops.
Fantastic people to work with. They quickly address any issue you may have.
Very unorganized management staff. Be very careful when dealing with them. They do not respond to maintenance request on time and they will hold you responsible for prior incidents and keep your security deposit on accident that had absolutely nothing to do with you. They will use the move-in form and if you didn't specifically say there are nail holes then they would charge you $200 for them that's ridiculous. I asked about a house listed for rent on zillow and they replied with “Sorry it’s not available”! Well maybe yall should delete the listing so you won’t have people thinking it’s available! I don’t recommend this company!
