Was recommended by a friend, but after waiting a month for my booked day they didn't bother telling me it's been rescheduled, I had to call them (lucky I did!) and when I asked for a new confirmed day they suggested going somewhere else instead of confirming anything. Is this normal for plumbers? I really hope the plumbers are more professional than the admin.
I just called reception to ask if any plumbers available. Completely understand none available this close to Christmas, that’s all good. Lady at reception suggested just keep calling around as everyone in the same position, again I understand completely. I asked if it would be possible for me to speak with any of their plumbers just for some advice over the phone about a blocked drain, as I might be able to clear myself with the right advice.
