My grandmother used this firm to do her Will and POA paperwork. Most law offices in my area will at the very least keep copies of these on file but that is not the case here. Now we are stuck in the situation where she is needing medical treatment and has no clue where any of the paperwork is. The hospital needs this paperwork and now we are out of luck. I would recommend using a firm that has better standard practices when it comes to these documents. We will be going elsewhere in the future.
