Sharing my feedback regarding my experience as a patient over the past year. While I have had four appointments during this time, I have never met or been greeted by Dr. Cramer. As a result, I am unable to evaluate Dr. Cramer’s medical expertise. While other long-term patients have provided positive reviews, my experience has been limited to receiving care from the Physician Assistants. Doctor Cramer has been my doctor for almost 30+ years. He’s the absolute best and actually cares his patients!
I have been a patient of Dr. Cramer for over 20 years. Dr. Cramer and his staff are very caring of their patients and always provide the most high standard of service. I have nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend anyone seeking a primary care physician to consider Dr. Cramer first!
I would not recommend this office to anyone. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Cramer for decades, and has been happy with his care, but the office staff is absolutely terrible. She has had an ongoing problem of very bad treatment from the office staff. The physicians here are at fault, for allowing the staff to repeatedly treat their patients poorly. I am giving the 2 Star Review only as a courtesy to Dr. Cramer for his attentive treatment of my wife. As for the staff, they all need to be fired. Richard Logullo DC
