The only thing this place cares about is filling their wallets. They tell you they are to busy to hear your concerns about your health or medication. They then hang up on you after stating I have other patients to deal with. And if you drive in there and try and speak with them in person about your concerns and they can’t charge you insurance for taking to the front desk they rush you back out the door with promises of taking care of the issue but then never do and you never hear from them again unless you call them and get ... read more

Honestly this place has gone down hill. Loved my perverse provider Ty Webber and his whole staff group who worked with him. but when he moved out of state it seems all of the med associates and front staff all left as well. Who they gave us as a replacement was very short with me and refused to refill multiple medications. I was passing a kidney stone and it took them a week before they even called in flowmax to help with the passing of the stones by then I had already passed it. Provider moved out of state, trying to set appt with new provider and multiple times they scheduled incorrectly and then when I finally did get an appointment, new provider wasn't there and someone was covering. They did not do what was needed to ensure meds continued. Then finally got another appointment 2 weeks after meds would run out, they refused to refill meds for the 2 weeks or to do a sooner appointment. I had breast surgery, left mastectomy with Dr flowers at Santiam Hospital. I was very impressed at the quality of care I was given. Clearly they are not understaffed, never rushed, or using other patients as an excuse for not having time for you, as some hospitals are in the area.Great communication, respectful, truly concerned about my care and well-being, making sure that I had the best care.
