It breaks my heart to write a negative review, especially since at one time this dentist’s office was amazing. In October (2025), I was strongly recommended by Dr. Couperus to install a bridge and how beneficial it would be for me. I had a lot of issues with the placement and came back several times to explain the discomfort; I was dismissed and told to stretch my jaw. Love love love reflection dentist…by far the best experience with dental procedures and I’ve had a lot of work done !!! Dr Oh is fantastic!! Staff is wonderful..
Just had the worst experience here. I was already anxious about having to go the dentist in the first place. Dr. Chung only made my experience 10x worse. She diagnosed the issue with my tooth which is fine. I agreed that extraction and implant is the way to go. Told her I just needed time to plan both, financially and mentally for this year long procedure. My only request is that we remove the old crown so I can keep food out of the hole that had developed in the tooth. She keeps pushing back stating she concerned that the t... read more
Recently had a dental emergency, was able to be seen that same day. The office staff was so friendly and Dr Chung and Tila where amazing and very strait foward with all of the steps. Im beyond impressed with the way my visit went. i even recieved a follow up call the next day. I will choose them for future dental needs. Thank you Dr. Chung and TIla !!!!!!!!!!!
