Joanna was very welcoming on our first visit, immediately putting me and my 8 month old baby at ease. Throughout the appointment Joanna explained what she was doing and why, and she had such a patient, calm manner with my son - who by the way absolutely adored his appointment and smiled almost the whole time! She listened to my concerns and then worked on some mild tension in my baby, who seemed immediately relieved during the appointment.
