Lonnie at Cùram Bodyworks is easily the best massage therapist I've ever been to. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a relaxing massage, or any athlete looking for serious relief from sore and tight muscles or aches you just cant seem to move past. He did an amazing job.
I had one rainy, cold day to kill in Lander. I google searched massage and found Lonnie. I was stoked to see that I could book with him online. That morning I went to yoga before the massage. And the yoga instructor had good things to say about Lonnie. So I was looking forward to the massage. And it did not disappoint! Lonnie is a skilled practitioner and obviously cares for his clients. Lonnie has a strong understanding of the musculature system. Which leads to a great service that provides excellent feedback. I appreciate the inclusion of maintenance exercises.
Lonnie clearly knows his stuff, takes the time to talk things through, and overall his work is excellent!
Lonnie did an excellent job! He is very professional and friendly. He focused on my target problem areas as needed and got some really tight muscles to release. 10/10 would recommend!
