I received what could have been a really lovely bouquet as a surprise from my daughters, who ordered through Pro Flowers. Unfortunately, the bouquet was left by my garage door in full sun on a 93 degree day and was completely wilted by the time I discovered it. I had been at home all day, and no on ever rang the doorbell or called my cell phone that was listed on the delivery instructions, so the situation was completely avoidable. Response to Nicole Drei’s post and the Owner's comment: Attached is a picture of the “substituted” plant that was given when the owner couldn’t hold up their end of the bargain. The owner in the reply of Nicole’s post said “she brought the plant back in a giant eagle bag, not even in the container anymore, like trash…”. If having the plant in a simple bag makes you compare it to “trash”, maybe you shouldn’t have given the product to your customers in the first place.
my finances father passed away (my future father in law) and flowers were ordered for his 2 hour funeral by my mother and father. The flowers were NOT what they ordered. They told us we should’ve contacted them during the funeral if we had an issue. Contact them during a funeral? In addition , when she asked for a refund she was called nasty names and was yelled at. I find this appalling behavior from a business while we are grieving the loss of his father.
Really nice wreaths, the staff was very friendly.
