If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered flowers from your flowers.com for a funeral. We paid for the third tier" premium" (over $120)for a plant to be delivered. The one we ordered was beautiful White and was meant to last and bring pleasant reminders of the family member lost. When my sister sent a picture thanking us for the flowers. Very disappointed in the memorial flowers ordered for my brother’s funeral. Ordered “Premium” red, white and blue arrangement on the weekend before we flew to the funeral. On the order form filled out the card to be attached, sent an email asking for a ribbon saying “Brother”. Got a notice of delivery, so good. Very disappointed in my arrangement! I paid a lot of money to send some friends some sympathy flowers and I’m very disappointed. The arrangement looks nothing like the advertised one on the website. Which I understand it’s not an exact look but the flowers and vase that they received looks NOTHING like the ones I wanted. I will not be ordering from this place again!
I received what could have been a really lovely bouquet as a surprise from my daughters, who ordered through Pro Flowers. Unfortunately, the bouquet was left by my garage door in full sun on a 93 degree day and was completely wilted by the time I discovered it. I had been at home all day, and no on ever rang the doorbell or called my cell phone that was listed on the delivery instructions, so the situation was completely avoidable.
