My first and second experience with CRAKD was impressive, honest, and saved me a lot of money. I have an older Android phone and was having some difficulty in charging it. Eventually, the charging port completely broke off. I took it to CRAKD. They listened to my problem, and said they could replace the port for $60.00. I was very pleased. I am eternally grateful for the efforts made by Lyndsey at CRAKD for saving my phone from being factory reset. My Pixel was stuck on a boot loop after trying to update when it had ran out internal storage. The solution was not immediately obvious but she was determined to help me while simultaneously helping other costumers. Lyndsey saved me from having to go through seven layers of hell trying to recover accounts and passwords. Honestly, not as good as I was expecting from all of the positive reviews. I had a cracked screen and was lured in by the price. I'm someone who drops my phone every single day and never had a screen crack once in 10 years. Then I accidentally ran over my phone with a lawnmower, which knicked the screen with a fast blade and that obviously broke the screen.
