A true, old fashioned powerlifting gym...that I really enjoy even though I have never powerlifted. Super-clean. All of the equipment is in great condition. Very knowledgeable owner. Diverse customer base from middle school ages to 70+. Reasonable monthly membership, or pay by the day. This is a gym with weights it is not a place with cardio machines, tvs, tanning beds, extras.
Awesome workout place down to earth help with everything and Mr.Crain was a great help with everything. Great gym
