This is one of the best little hidden gems there is. This is a beautiful gym. Magnificent. And it has serious equipment. Very serious. And most of all, "it has the perfect vibe for working out." Had a bit of time to stop in after I found it on Google Maps, so I made sure to check it out. Even if you just go for 10 mins, this gym is totally worth the visit and it's greatly affordable!!! A true, old fashioned powerlifting gym...that I really enjoy even though I have never powerlifted. Super-clean. All of the equipment is in great condition. Very knowledgeable owner. Diverse customer base from middle school ages to 70+. Reasonable monthly membership, or pay by the day. This is a gym with weights it is not a place with cardio machines, tvs, tanning beds, extras.
Awesome workout place down to earth help with everything and Mr.Crain was a great help with everything. Great gym
Best no-nonsense, no cell phone, no BS gym in the state.
