Honest and friendly service from the Crain team!
Had a clock spring warranty repair that local dealership attempted to charge me $200 for diagnostic. Told them I would go elsewhere. Talked to Josh at Crain and told him the symptoms and he said that the item should be covered by the warranty. Made arrangements and drove a little over 2 hours to get repair done. Everything went great. Highly highly recommend them and will be more than happy to drive the 2 hours again for a repair at this dealership.
Great guys up here. They went out of their way to help, and I couldn't have asked for better. My issue was a warranty issue, and I had to come back the next day because it wasn't fixed right, turns out the coding for the I computer was updated. Colby went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely, I couldn't ask for more or better service. Thanks guys, you're the best.

From beginning to end of our experience they were friendly, thorough in explanation with clarification to be sought after. They offered timely service with fulfilled expectations.
