First, tried to make an appointment. They said to just stop by so we did. Went in for a 15k inspection which no real work is supposed to be done. We only do this checkup so we can get warranty oil changes at every 10k miles. I guess they misunderstood. Almost 2 hours later they were done and did a 20k service including oil change. We weren't charged but it is my understanding this should've been done at 20k. We'll probably now be charged at 20k. Didn't fill my window washer fluid 😞😞
Buying experience was amazing. Cliff was so helpful! Oil change was quick and easy. I was really surprised because on my last service my car was run through the car wash for me. Here it was not. Maybe it’s just a bonus that the other dealership provides but considering it’s a Crain dealership, I would think they be comparable.
