One of my top buying experiences! Went to look at a specific camper found online and was shown comparable campers. Joe was friendly, not pushy and 100% honest in opinions on if he was buying for our purpose. Financing was great. Lied to me and told me I was approved for a new trailer i just had to get my wife to come sign the paperwork. Got my trailer packed and paid 150 to start insurance on the new trailer only to get told 2 days before my wife gets here we're not approved. If you go up there to buy something sign everything that day so they don't screw you like they did us
We took our camper for roof leak repairs (2nd time) and a torn corner molding repair (our fault). They gave the insurance adjuster a price and the insurance company promptly sent the check for that amount. We get there to pay and pick up and all of a sudden they say we owe $2000 more for some plate on the front that had to be replaced due to damage. All we asked for was roof and corner repairs. Do not go there! People give you the run around. They don't treat people good. Take your money and go somewhere else! Will not recommend to anyone to go there to get a camper. Horrible customer service.
