STAY AWAY!!! I’ve owned my Thor Tranquility 19P for 9 months and have only been able to use it for 3. The other 6 months it’s been sitting in a shop because of ongoing issues. That is unacceptable for a $112k RV. Twin Rivers knew about the repeated problems and did absolutely nothing to make it right. No real urgency. No accountability. No serious discussion about swapping it out or buying back what is clearly a lemon. Once they had my money, I was no longer their concern.
