The sales and finance departments were great, but the service and parts departments were not. They did not keep their promise to replace a bad part discovered during our delivery walkthrough. After 4 weeks of follow-up telephone calls, they finally told me "Sorry, we can't help you with the part. But if the problem had happened a month ago, we could have helped you then". What! Rakesh Patel helped us as we were passing through the area and our AC was not working. It was close to quitting time but he looked at our unit quickly. While they didn’t have any in stock, he helped us locate additional dealers along our route to call for help.
Great service! Had an RV issue come up mid-drive, and they fit me in and helped me out. I’d definitely recommend.
While traveling on vacation, our refrigerator stopped cooling. Crain RV of Benton squeezed us into their already full schedule to figure out if it would be an easy fix. After some diagnostic work, they told us the unit needs to be replaced. Joe and other staff were very kind and generous with their time even though they couldn't fix our issue. It's good to find caring, ethical people to deal with!
