Want to say thanks to Latasha at Crain RV Service Department for her customer service and diligence in working through the challenges on our RV especially during these trying times, between Covid, parts shortages and employee shortages she has really been great to work with.
DO NOT USE CRANE RV FOR ANYTHING!!! They were incredibly dishonest, umwilling to fix, try to fix, or even discuss&admit their own fault and mistake which resulted in a hard inquiry on our credit report when we were specifically told and promised that it would only be a soft inquiry to determine possible finance options before sending everything to potential lenders to then make a hard credit inquiry. I took my new RV into Crain RV on the 23rd of November for an appointment to get warranty work done. Today is January 15th and I was called by them to tell me they are moving my RV to their new location. I said “why don’t you just fix it and get it back to me?” This is ridiculous! I have the names of those I have talked to but will reserve posting them. I will say they have a communication and integrity issue. Crain was overwhelmingly considerate of our dreams, desires, and wishes in finding the perfect travel trailer for our needs. They went one step further by researching their auto dealerships to find the perfect truck to tow our new dream travel trailer!!

Bought a Tiffin Allegro Open Road in July. Process was smooth and OK. Although the parts desk closed at 5 and sales stays until 6 I arrived 5:30 Friday looking for odds and ends - they went ahead and helped me out. Also the service folks stayed a bit late for me so I could drop my unit off on another trip. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience.
