Want to say thanks to Latasha at Crain RV Service Department for her customer service and diligence in working through the challenges on our RV especially during these trying times, between Covid, parts shortages and employee shortages she has really been great to work with.
DO NOT USE CRANE RV FOR ANYTHING!!! They were incredibly dishonest, umwilling to fix, try to fix, or even discuss&admit their own fault and mistake which resulted in a hard inquiry on our credit report when we were specifically told and promised that it would only be a soft inquiry to determine possible finance options before sending everything to potential lenders to then make a hard credit inquiry.
