Great people to deal with,
The only way to get in contact with parts department is to go to the shop. I've called numerous times, left several messages and they have never called back. They're nice when you go there, but I don't want to waste my time or gas to go there and then to tell me they don't have the part

I take my 2010 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 classic LT with 5,000 miles on the odometer. The engine is miss fire and running very poor. They charged me $400 dollars and a week later my motorcycle still doing the same issue. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
