I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating that I felt obligated to warn others. I went in for a state inspection. The staff was disorganized and some of them very rude , including the owner. The communication was non-existent from the start. no clear instructions — just silence unless I chased them down myself. When I asked questions, I got attitude in return. they tried to upsell me on unnecessary “repairs” that other mechanics later confirmed were totally made up. Naghman Ali is very rude,and his attitude is nasty he did a inspection for my car and he didn’t give me back the proper paperwork for the inspection I had to come back for the inspection report and he still wants to argue about it..he sounds dumb to me because he should know the difference between inspection report and a receipt.i don’t recommend this place.go somewhere to do your inspection and save yourself from disrespect and waste of time.
Rude!!! Call and didn't even give me a chance to speak just because he could see the number that was calling he was Rude with no maners and just hang up on me. I just wanted to get my trucks inspection done.
