Here goes my first ever negative review! TLDR: There’s a bunch of auto shops and inspection services in this area. don’t go to this one. Went in today after driving an hour from Baltimore and spoke with the owner, Ali, because of a referral from National Motors. He claimed he spoke with them yesterday but not about my situation — i bought a car, check engine light is on, i need a new oxygen sensor because the one in isn’t comparable with my car. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating that I felt obligated to warn others. I went in for a state inspection. The staff was disorganized and some of them very rude , including the owner. The communication was non-existent from the start. no clear instructions — just silence unless I chased them down myself. When I asked questions, I got attitude in return. they tried to upsell me on unnecessary “repairs” that other mechanics later confirmed were totally made up.
