Horrible customer service.
My son bought a 2016 Kia from Crain 5 months ago. The engine went bad this month. It would have been a total write off. But the Kia company extended the warranty for this particular engine problem and the good folks at Crain had no hesitation in honoring that warranty. They could have easily said it was a different problem not covered and we would have been none the wiser. Instead, they gave my son a new car to drive while they put a new engine in his car. They usually take 2-3xs longer than expected. Taking my telluride several times where hours go by and nothing fixed. Still has the same issues. Warranty coverage is never easy, and they never communicate what is going on. You have to call them and even then no one seems to know what is happening. Waste of time when out of town
Kia had my vehicle for 3 months. Every time I called they couldn't give me an update on my vehicles status. I called a few times later and they said that there weren't any open Repair orders for my vehicle. Furthermore they messed up my mileage 20,000 miles over what it had which they said it wasn't covered when it had 20,000 miles less and was under the warranty miles.
