This was the second oil change and tire rotation service on my K4. Everything was free due to the maintenance plan purchased. The wait area was nice with coffee, water, popcorn, a variety of snacks, and ample charging capabilities. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I felt extremely comfortable while I waited. Thirty minutes into the appointment a video of the progress of my service was sent through text. I look forward to my next service appointment.
