I am a retired veteran and went to Crain expecting exceptional customer care. My experience was very disappointing and the level of disrespect has not been defined. It began with finance. They attempted to sell me a car of less value at the luxury price. I had done my research and knew better. The agreed negotiated value of my trade-in was written on the contract as thousands less until I noticed and made them put the correct figures.
