Fantastic service. Service Advisor Billy and the Service Manager, along with Melvin, the shop manager. They got me hooked up with an oil change on my Mercedes Benz. I wouldn’t usually go here for an oil change but I had some complications at Mercedes Benz of Little Rock (some lies told about liability and having to perform a “special service” on my vehicle rather than the simple oil change that I requested.) Dropped my Kia K5 GT off for service today only to discover I was a week early for my scheduled appointment. Oops! They got me in no problem! Oil change/tires rotated/ filters changed & new alignment. Car cleaned before pickup. Service was fast & efficient. Shelby H. was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful! 5 stars

Service department was awesome today, greeted me before I exited my vehicle. Immediately took my request and offered rides to where I needed to go, escorted me to the waiting area as I did not need to go anywhere at that time. Completed my service before my appointment time started and I was done ahead of schedule! Great day at service today!!
