Went in for service after battling with some troublesome vibrations and shifting concerns. Had to leave the car there for a few days, but after inspection, several services were recommended, all of which it was time for. My service advisor, Richard, and technician, Brian, have me back rolling smooth. Ready for another 110,000 miles!
Prompt courteous service went in for recalls
Went for recalls on our car and they did a good job and were nice. But the only thing is we made an appointment and when we showed up they couldn't even find us, so they need to pay more attention when customers call and make appointments. And also let customers know they may have to order parts because we came from out of town.
