After car was dropped off I did not receive calls or updates. All communication was contacted by me. I didn’t even find out what was wrong with my car or the parts ordered until the next week. Single parent who had to figure out what to do with no car for a week. Was told no loaner was available and reimbursement for a rental would NOT be provided.
Service was great.
