I scheduled an appointment today at 8:15am, I was told by Matthais that it would be 45 minutes and it took well over an hour and a half for just an oil change. Also, I understand that as a service worker at a car dealership, it’s probably their job to try to upsell people on service, but I don’t need someone telling me they’re surprised my vehicle is still running and offering extra stuff when I scheduled myself for an oil change. The slowest service EVER ! Extremely inconsiderate of your time. Go to another shop to save not only your money but your time !! They simply do not care .
They were very professional. My appointment time was followed and respected.
