Love Crain Kia in Fayetteville. They’re always so nice and informative! Highly recommend!
To be honest I have not had the best experience. The workers have been very nice, nothing against them but the transmission went out of my brands new Sorento and had to have it replaced. They had my vehicle for 4 weeks before it was diagnosed and replaced. I was not informed of any updates along the way, and the only way I knew what was going on is if I called. Just lack of communication and worried about this issue happening again since it is a well known issue with KIA.
2 repairs were done. 1 was my control buttons 2 was my gas cover. They sent it to a paint shop I hope they NEVER use . Waiting for that was several weeks to get back. Everything else was great.
