Whichever technician(s) worked on my car during my scheduled oil change damaged my passenger AC Vent Knob during servicing, I assume when they were checking my cabin air filter. I contacted them the same day via email since I found out after hours and have not heard back yet. Quite furious with this outcome...

Booked a appo for recall software update. Can't be done today after dropping off the car. Server issue. Have to come back again next week. Atleast washed and cleaned.
