I came in from out of town for a bike trip and had a problem with the A/C on my Kia Telluride. Crain got me right in, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it the same day under warranty. Carly, my service advisor, was super kind and professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Overall, an unexpectedly awesome experience!
