Even tho i service dept did a great job , shout out to tech with video update ...well done and very clear what he was doing and looking at , when i pulled up to service entrance Ashley greated me and i also told her about an issue with drivers seat ....i guess no one could be bothered cause no input about it all, I also asked her about maintenace ( one of the many massive numbet of lies told to me by sales), she said my car didn't come with it and i stated " oh Mark said it came with it" her response was " I don't what to te... read more
The oil change took 2 hours. When I went to look for my truck. The Ashley T#71222 said it was in a different building. Never heard that before. My truck came back with the gas light on tire pressure was way off and when I asked what the recall exam was for she said a oil leak. Not true at all. My truck doesn't drive the same and I want to file a official complaint.
A++ service. The staff not only completed my requested 55,000 mile inspection, they ran my car through the car wash and cleaned the inside of my windshield!! Awesome service! Thanks
