The employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I was contacted when my car was done which was helpful. The only problem I had was that there were not many places to park and vehicles were parked all over the parking lot, not in parking spaces which made it even more difficult to know where to park. I think there should be signs or something to make it more clear where you should go or park when dropping off your car.
