Popcorn person not in, took a bit to get it ready. A very tall, somewhat aggressive man, was asking why people were there. He made me feel uncomfortable & the whole while I was already talking to Cathy behind the service desk. He never introduced himself either.
They were profisant and Curtis great team 👏 👍
My husband and I were traveling between SD and FL when strangely the door to the gas tank refused to open! We had 77 miles of gas left in the tank and were not close to any Hyundai dealership. I Googled and found Crain. Personnel at Crain were great. We had to backtrack 45 miles, but they found the problem, fixed it, and had us back on the road is a very reasonable time. Thanks to Ron and his whole crew in the Service Department.
