We took our santa cruzcfor oul change because it's covered by Hyundai. We shortly after had oil spots all over our new garage floor. We called and it was maybe 6 weeks before we doukd get it in. It leaked for 6 weeks . When we got it in it was a busted seal which happened when they changed the oil. But took weeks to get back in

I have never left a bad review in my life for anything. However. Bought my SUV there new. Back up camera went out after a year. I’ve been trying to get it fixed since September. I’ve had it in several times (waiting most of day) without results. Always needs a different part that has to be ordered.. Now, when I call, they tell me they are 3 to 4 weeks out again on appointments. It has been an unbelievable process.
