They were amazing & so patient, compassionate & understanding .. considering the circumstances, everything was as perfect as it could have been. I'm very grateful for their help and compassion through this time
The facility was nice. The memorial DVD/video was beautiful and well put together. We felt a little rushed during the service and while viewing of the body. The make up used on my loved one's skin was too light and it looked chalky. The wig was not on her head at all. It was neatly placed on the pillow above her head. There was too much glue on one of her eyelids. It was very noticeable and many people made comments about it.
Crain Funeral Home is the best! The best in service, care of you and care of your loved one. I live in Pennsylvania and my father passed away he lived here in Cario. This Funeral Home went above and beyond for me and handled everything with a great deal of respect and empathy. There is no where else I would recommend. My family and I are researching options for arrangements. We were very disturbed to hear this business is not requiring masks. One can imagine that many of those attending funerals are of age and or have underlying conditions. Not requiring a mask be worn to help mitigate the continued spread of the virus within our community is just outright wrong. “Drumming up business” as one review mentioned, maybe.
