These people absolutely disrespectful and rude. All we wanted was to have a private goodbye to my father and the absolutely refused! Saying it was too late. But the just let him sit there for two week just to be cremated! It's outrageous to think that these people are so deplorable. All the did was give me the run around and want money they didn't care nor were they respectful. My brother recently passed away and Crain in Energy, IL took care of the arrangements. My brother had previously lived in Missouri and had made his own arrangements years ago but the Missouri facility wasn't licensed in lllinois so they contacted Crain who agreed to take care of all the arrangements. Crain did a great job and showed care and compassion when working with us. On top of that they even gave us a lovely Christmas ornament with my brother's name on it. I highly recommend Crain Funeral Home in Energy.
