My vehicle was brought in because a check engine light came on my dash. I was told up front about diagnostic fee and i accepted. Since mine is an older vehicle, there were issues in addtion to the cause of the check engine notification. The service team identified each additional issue but identified critical repair. I was sent an electronic cost estimate for each item on repair list. I was able to choose what i could afford at this time. I give Crain a five star because so far. They have been the best whenever I have to bring my car in to them.. Mr. Ian the manager over the Service department always make sure everything goes right for me.. Also the team before my car goes to the back to Mr. Ian. When ever I pull in to the Service department to have my car Service Everyone plays a part on getting me in to have my car Service. I am a happy Customer so far with Crain Ford Service Department 🥰🥰🥰... Thanks for reading my review..
