They left my truck unlocked while in there lot to which it was broken into. They didn't even have the never to tell me it had been broken into the day before I picked it up. Just handed me the keys and said it's ready for you. They then didn't offer any conversation for the lost items and didn't even want to call the police for the report until I told them yes you need to.
I took my car in for a repair due to a recall on the door. Mike was my service coordinator, and he was very nice and courteous. He took care of getting me in a rental and was very prompt when my car was ready to be picked up.
Good response when I called to set the appointment . Took the car in right away ! Communicated well with updates on the service. Washed the vehicle and helped with service coupons - a good service experience !!
He was really respectful. Got to the point and got everything together quickly and efficiently and pushed through to the warranty company and handled everything very well
