Kept our company van for 4 days and told us it was ready to be picked up. We had another company install a tow hitch and wiring for the trailer hitch. Crain Chevrolet stated the other company wired it up incorrectly. Paid $800+ for them to diagnose it and replace a wire module because the brake lights and blinkers were not working properly. The service technician told me we could take it back to that company and have them re-wire it properly, I told them no, I wanted the dealership to wire it up so we didn’t have this issue ... read more
As always they go above and beyond. This is the second time I have went in expecting to be out of alot of money and they have been completely honest because my issues were something simple and I was not charged. This is why I dont mind taking that drive! Thank you Crain Chevy! And btw there customer experience is always 5 star.
