HEATHER was the absolute best service agent I have ever had at this dealership!!
I had my oil changed on July 14 at Crain Chevrolet because my oil percentage was at 14%. Today, July 20, my oil light indicator came on and said that my oil percentage was at 5%. I paid $92 for an oil change and I was scheduled to go out of town today but had to cancel my trip due to my oil light coming on. This is such an inconvenience and I am not a happy camper.
