During the Fall of 2010, I contracted with Craig's Plumbing and Heat to install a clean-out and check value. The description of work was, Jack hammer out floor drain. Cut-out drain line. Added clean-out and check valve. Back-filled ground and re-cemented. For the past four years, during each heavy rain sewer water continually leaks past the check valve and accumulates 1-inch deep over a 25-sqft area. This has occurred at least two times for each year.
