Amazing service. I had a hot water go out, leaking water all over my floor. I called at 8am and they had me a warranty replacement installed, by 10:30 am. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and I say again quick. Thank you
I couldn't be happier with there responsiveness! I called and left a message after hours, the next morning I received a phone call right away. Within an 30 mins there was someone at my house working on my AC unit. Within a matter of just a couple hours my AC unit was back up and running! Very friendly and super professional! I will definitely be recommending Craig's, and will for sure be using them in the future!!
I had trouble with my AC on the hottest day so far this year. I tried to troubleshoot and try some different things very basic. Sunday night I decided I’d like to get someone out to figure this out. I used their chat feature. Gave them some basic contact information and explained the situation. They sent the tech out who listened to my explanation, got his equipment and proceeded to fix the problem. He was very efficient and did a wonderful job. Very pleased with the service and expertise. Will definitely use them again.
