Good customer service from Craigs. Spoke with Ben who was great, he called me back sooner than he originally said for a quote on a bike service, offered courtesy bike and flexible booking a slot to ensure it gets completed around my schedule, good detail about the work needed. During the service he kept me updated when extra work was needed, what stage its at and when it would be ready. First time ive used Craigs i dealt with Ben on the service desk, he was very helpfull and friendly as was all the staff. Will be using these guys again. First class service.👍
A proper bike shop this. They sorted out my lad when he broke down nearby. I've been over today with few small gifts as a thank you. What a team! Straight talking and honest. The service department deserves a special mention. A+++ (I think I've found my next bike while I was in there!)
I cant thank this place enough for the heroics that were pulled off this morning! On my way to work the nut on my top yolk flew off and left me in a very tricky spot. (see picture of what it looked like before being fixed) Ben who was working behind the desk came out, had a quick look at the bike and went to go and see if they had a spare one hanging around.
