Erin was so kind and listened to all our problems and asked questions to get more information before contacting someone to see what to do next. She then followed up and let us know who would come help and how they could look into our issue although someone else made us feel discouraged. Eric arrived in a timely manner and went through everything he could think of and then went back and double checked. When he went through everything again he found the issue and corrected it.
