Bought bedroom set and the sales lady as well as the delivery gentlemen were awesome. They even set up every piece of furniture for me.
Didn’t like it because it was promised to be delivered 4 to 6 weeks it’s been almost 3 months now and still haven’t received my loveseat. What is the problem is it Craig‘s furniture’s fault or the manufacture fault. Should I cancel and look for someplace else to purchase a love seat. Now they don’t answer the phone. This is BS every time I call all it’ll be next week promise.
Came here with my aunt to help her with looking for a new sofa. Service was great and we ended up buying one for a great price! If you’re in the area and looking for furniture, i’d recommend you check here first. �
We ordered a Flex steel couch 11/1/2017 was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get.. its now been 10. No one at the store follows up or returns calls!! No way to run a business!! Poor customer service!!

This is a great store. We were impressed with the degree of customer service and all-around great support we received. We dealt with emplyees Louie, Veronica and Jessica and walked out the door with a smile on our faces and a good feeling about our decisions. Thank you Craig's Furniture!
