Jeremy Riley has been our go to advisor at Caliber collision on several occasions. This time when I came in with a scratched bumper, he was quick to assist and offered several options for repairing the damage. I would highly recommend this auto body shop in Grapevine.

I rarely leave bad reviews but I felt compelled to as not only did they mess up multiple times on my first encounter with them (leaving me in a bind), when I brought the mistake to their attention they were unapologetic and didn't even attempt to make it right. I brought my car in today (Monday) for an estimate that I scheduled the day before with Caliber Collision's call center as their service center is closed on Sundays. I called this business shortly after having my accident and after speaking with Jordan I knew I was going to the right facility to get my truck repaired. Upon arrival Clayton Stahn the Center Manager and Javier Jauregui Service Advivor assured me they would take great care with the repairs to my 2008 GMC Sierra.
