This is the 2nd time we had Craig clean our carpets. We are satisfied repeat customers. Craig takes his time examining the carpet and noting heavily spotted areas. He was absolutely stellar! great customer service and he was there on time and I actually had to call him last minute today to get carpet done before tomorrow and he showed up ready to help me get these carpets cleaned in just the nick of time.
