My husband and I found Craig on the web and wandered into his store in an office building on west 38th street one rainy friday afternoon. Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy.
