Craig Fructhman asked me to wait a few months before writing a review, to make sure I really like the mattress. Many businessmen wouldn't be so thoughtful. I've bought mattresses from chain stores across the city, with the same results: the hard sell, the deal-of-the-week promotions, and the need for negotiation. Craig's Beds has none of that. My husband and I came to Craig's after a long day of searching for a mattress. Craig was absolutely fantastic! incredibly patient, and helpful. We spent a good amount of time trying out different mattresses to find the perfect fit, and Craig was super nice and helped us choose the right one for us. The store has great variety of different mattresses. We got our California King size mattress about a month ago and we could be happier. Highly recommend!
Craig's Beds is a breath of fresh air, if you visited other mattress shops and/or online shop sites. WoooWeee! We were so thankful to visit his midtown location. We were seen, understood and given enough space to try and debate mattresses. He's not hounding about new gel sleeper products, nor pressuring you to buy today (and get a free.... pillowcase).
