Excellent people to deal with.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We called this business to find out if they can do a diagnosis on our car and repair it. I was just in the process to ask few questions how things work but this guy was so rude. He didn’t even let me finish my whole sentence He literally said ‘Don’t Play This Game’ ‘I am not Interested’ without even knowing the context. What game were you expecting a customer would play. That’s very unprofessional the way he hung up phone. . Don’t take out your frustration on customers who give you business. 👎🏼
Highly recommend Craig’s Automatics! They repaired my 200 Series LandCruiser the same day I brought it in, which was a huge relief. She drives like brand new. The service was fast, professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but Craig and the team were honest, efficient, and great to deal with.
