I drove down Ogden with a flat trailer tire stopping at three other shops trying to find someone to help me get a stripped lug nut so I could change the tire. Everywhere else didn’t care or pretended not to have the tool needed (at a tire shop??). Craig himself came to my rescue and had me out in less than 3 mins and didn’t charge me. My business has a fleet of vans and trucks that will now be serviced at this shop. Thank you for being an honest mechanic shop.
An auto mechanic you can trust. Craig, the owner and his staff are amazing! We only come here for any auto work. Huge waiting area.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man). I don’t typically write reviews, but my husband and I have been so impressed with the customer service and quality that Craig and his crew provide. About a month ago, when it was still blazing hot out, my AC had gone out and I was in desperate need for someone to look at it. My husband dropped it off here and a few hours later, we got the call it was ready. Super quick and efficient and very friendly.
