I’m sick of shops treating MVI 9am appointments like a second thought. “Drop it off at 9am” turns into “we’ll get to it when we get to it”. How much extra do I have to pay to get you to do your jobs in a timely manner. I know it’s only $45. How much do I have to pay to go you to do a 20 minute inspection in 20 mins not 2 hours+
Sorry to leave this review, but something has gone wrong with this garage. I have been a customer for years without issue, and I recently brought the car in to get a noise checked out. My car had passed inspection by the same garage a couple of months earlier, but this time they handed me a laundry list of parts and repairs that included a whole new exhaust system and catalytic converter.
