Charged $175 and claimed that everything was up and working again. Dryer wouldn’t turn on at all after a few uses. Ignores texts and calls!! Never had my dryer not turn on until he worked on it!

I had two washers to be fixed. One got fixed the same day. The second washer needed parts. Paid for parts in November 2024 and its April 2025 and still waiting. Been very patient. Understand life happens gave time and last few messages have been read but no response. I even asked for the parts just to be mailed and I would get someone else to fix. Still waiting Please just make sure its all fixed the same day.

Craig came out to repair our LG washer which was giving UE code . He replaced the suspension rods . I paid him $328 for parts and labor. The washer worked twice with no issue on third time and since then we’ve been getting UE code again. I’ve reached out to Craig by text as that was way he communicated with me in past . It has been about two weeks now and I haven’t heard from him. I would not recommend him

Contacted the principal of this entity to obtain service on a dishwasher. It was like pulling teeth to get a return call. Finally I received a return call and he, Craig, showed up to review the situation. He determined the issue and advised me of what I needed to correct the problem. He proceeded to prepare a bill for immediate payment in the amount of $444 which included his initial visit, cost of replacement part, and install. craig came over to give a estimate on fixing the dryer. On the phone he said a price of 150.00 to165.00. When he got here after looking at the dryer he said it needed a belt,2 rollers, and a seal in the back. he then told me that he would go home to order the parts. 20 mins later I get a call back from craig saying that he could not get the part for the seal and he could not do the job, and that would be back to get the serviice charge for 40.00. We called Craig yesterday afternoon and both dishwasher and ice maker fixed by 11:00 am next day. Personable, efficient, and reasonable!!! Highly recommend!!!
