This place flows more like a bunny swimming with its ears closed rather than staring into a black hole just makes you think what's actually in the water tho?
Me and my kids had a reservation for 8:15 and we showed up an hour early. We asked the front desk if it was possible to get in early, while the 2 gentleman at the front were checking their seating charts my kids were noticing the beautiful lay out and architecture, they let us know our table was ready and were both extremely friendly and accommodating. Terrible service and terrible manners. Booked a reservation (with my gf next to me as a witness) over the phone in advance of a trip to LA. Called the day of to confirm and the host said we don’t have a reservation with your name sorry. Dude literally tried to gaslight me into thinking I never booked it and was beyond rude. Like just say you gave my table away. Never again
