Great great place ,was an experience
Was a regular here for many years and spent a lot of money supporting this place. Recently had a really disappointing experience — a bartender accused me of not paying for a glass of wine from months ago. I told her that if that somehow happened (which I doubt), I’d gladly take care of it and apologized anyway. Instead of resolving it reasonably, she threatened to 86 me. I even spoke to Craig about it, and he just shrugged it off. That’s not how you treat loyal customers. Really unfortunate, but I won’t be coming back.
Had an amazing dinner at Craig’s tonight! Christopher was our server, and he was so kind, funny, and personable. He accommodated our needs and made our experience that much better. Really appreciate it, and will ask for him next time we come. Thank you!
