Rude receptionist. young lady that served us greeted us with nothing but rudeness since we entered, no hello and demands a date of birth with a straight face, shouting over the counter at a private conversation and on the way out just waits for our money. When calmly asked if they accepted a private health card was rudely told “no, just tap here” $106 later. absolutely appalling, don’t bother booking an appointment. it doesn’t hurt to smile :)
