I've been going to this practice for 15+years. They have a good array of Drs and allied health services. I've heard that the practice is getting alot more patient's, which is a good, but I'm finding that it's taking away from the service. I have found that over the last few years, the waiting time for anyone to answer the phone is blowing out, it can be up to 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. My experience with the clinic has been good with all staff. I find the screens make it hard to understand each other.
Fantastic doctors and friendly reception staff. My family and I have been attending the.clinic for our GP, dental, immunisation and pathology appointments for over 30 years. Children, DVA and concession card holders are even bulk billed—such a rarity these days. Dr Stefan in particular is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He’s easy to talk to and never in a rush to kick you out the door. He’s great with chronic condition management and mental health concerns.
Craigmore Family Practice is a fantastic surgery. I’ve seen a few different doctors there and the nurse and they care very much about you and your well-being and health. Dr Unterkofler is thoroughly supportive and professional. The receptionists are very helpful and always so pleased to see you. I can’t fault it! They could have 10 more Drs there and it would be still great!
